Mobile phone networks on the N40 Taftan - Quetta Quetta has 2 mobile phone networks. UFONE mobile operator (Voice & UFONE GPRS Internet) MOBILINK mobile operator (Voice & MOBILINK Jazz GPRS Internet) Dalbandin is scheduled for a mobile network in 2008 Taftan has no mobile phone network so far. The Iranian mobile phone network in Mirjaveh can be reached in Taftan however doesn’t accept roaming (yet). (TCI state operated) MTN Irancell has no network (yet) in Baluchistan. Thuraya Satellite phones work throughout Pakistan. Thuraya Prepaid scratch cards can be bought in Islamabad & Quetta.
